Remote accesss Terms and Conditions

  1. Term: By clicking on the box you are acknowledging and accept these terms and conditions for the service stated above. The term begins and ends on this day only.
  2. Risk Of Loss: The risk of losing any photos, videos, important files, or changes made on this device done during or after modifications were made regardless of the cause, will be the responsibility of the client. Servicer is not responsible for defective devices or equipment.
  3. Acceptance: Client will have the right to inspect these terms of service. After acknowledgment, the 15 minute window to establish a connection will be in effect. Once connected the (1) hour minimum charge will be charged.
  4. Charges: Servicer provides 15 minutes of over the phone (free) technical support and to establish remote access to client’s devices. After 15 minutes if the issue is not resolved or connection is not established the client will be charged $30 towards the first hour of service. After the connection has been established the remaining $30 for the first hour will be charged.
  5. Warranty of Service: Servicer warrants that the service shall be performed correctly and free from defect in workmanship. Servicer is not liable for any product defect or misuse. Customer satisfaction is a high priority and Servicer will do everything within Servicer’s ability to resolve the issue.
  6. Taxes: New Mexico state law requires servicer to collect Gross Receipt Tax on every transaction in or out of the state of New Mexico which will be added to the client’s bill.
  7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes hereunder will be heard in the appropriate federal and state courts.
  8. Force Majeure: Servicer may, without liability, delay performance or cancel this Agreement on account of force majeure events or other circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, strikes, acts of God, political unrest, embargo, failure of source of supply, or casualty.
  9. Privacy Statement: If, during the course of service the Servicer comes across medical, financial, legal, or other personal information that is not unlawful the Servicer guarantees confidentiality.
  10. Miscellaneous: This agreement contains the terms and conditions provided by the servicer. No modification shall be made to this agreement except in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assignees and personal representatives.
